Module 1:
2 Day Intensive
Module 1 (or M1) of Flow Intelligence Theory offers an introduction to a range of mental and physical models to develop our understanding of how to get the most out of our clients and ourselves.

As a trainer or coach, it is not the client or the athlete's job to adapt their learning style to our coaching style. It is our job as a leader to adjust our coaching style to the clients learning style.
​
We live in a world with varying personalities, stresses, verbal and non-verbal communication. As a coach, it is our responsibility to learn how to find where our clients are at and assist them in reaching their potential in and out of the gym.
