Level 1 Immersion
Our 2 Day Level 1 Immersion is the perfect introduction to Presence & Performance Training.
​
The 2 days are split into 2 components with day 1 covering Physiology and day 2 covering Psychology.
Throughout the 2 days there will be both practical and theory components. We will cover models that help you understand your nervous system, breathing for health and performance as well as habitual thinking patterns and unconscious mental drivers.
There are multiple times throughout the weekend where you will get both group and individual reflection and practice with what you are learning in mind and body.
Our Immesions are both challenging and supportive. Expect to be tested in a safe environment where you are in control of how much you participate.

Level 2 Immersion
Our 3 Day Level 2 Immersion expands on the Mind, Body & Breath models and experiences from our Level 1 Immersions.
We also introduce the Identity Compass®, an analysis tool to reveal how you construct your thinking across over 50 thinking patterns.

The Ultimate RETREAT
Our 5 Day PEAK Retreat is COMING SOON in 2025.
My experience of the Peak and Flow retreat was amazing. I enjoyed the mix of learning, movement and breathing and found the activities really complemented each other. The quadrant exercise was a game changer for me - after that activity I felt like I’d unlocked a new perspective of myself and it got the ball rolling to some shifts in my confidence.
My favourite moment was seeing everyone in the sandbag workout totally smashing it and being able to cheer people on. I feel our group formed a unique bond with each other from going through the retreat together.
If you want to understand yourself a bit better, extend yourself in your training and have fun with a bunch of great people, I’d highly recommend the Peak and Flow retreats. Dave, Gina, Jamie and Maigan run an amazing few days and the experience has helped me to make impactful changes in my life.
