Peak & Flow FLOW Retreat | Kangaroo Valley

Our 3 Day FLOW Retreat expands on the Mind, Body & Breath models and experiences from our BASE Retreat.

We also introduce the Identity Compass®, an analysis tool to reveal how your thinking is constructed.

Throughout the 3 days there will be both practical and theory components.

Just like our BASE Retreat, here are multiple times throughout the weekend where you will get both group and individual reflection and practice with what you are learning in mind and body.

Our retreats are both challenging and supportive. Expect to be tested in a safe environment where you're in control of how much you participate.

*We recommend completeing 2 x BASE Retreats before attending a FLOW Retreat.

You can choose to PAY IN FULL or place a DEPOSIT for this retreat. If you choose to pay via payment plan, there will be a 10% fee on the ticket price.

We have 2 x Sleep Arrangement Options:

1. Single Bed - Your own bed to sleep in 

2. Shared Sleeping - Sharing A Bed
