Peak & Flow BASE Retreat | Kangaroo Valley

Our 2 Day BASE Retreat is the perfect introduction to Mind, Body & Breath.

The 2 days are split into 2 components with day 1 covering Physiology and day 2 covering Psychology.

Throughout the 2 days there will be both practical and theory components. We will cover models that help you understand your nervous system, breathing for health and performance as well as habitual thinking patterns and unconscious mental drivers.

There are multiple times throughout the weekend where you will get both group and individual reflection and practice with what you are learning in mind and body.

Our retreats are both challenging and supportive. Expect to be tested in a safe environment where you're in control of how much you participate.

Location: Yeola, Kangaroo Valley

You can choose to PAY IN FULL or place a DEPOSIT for this retreat. If you choose to pay via payment plan, there will be a 10% fee on the ticket price.

We have 2 x Sleep Arrangement Options:

1. Single Bed - Your own bed to sleep in ($1600)

2. Shared Sleeping  - Sharing A Bed ($1450)
